The building was built around the turn of the century. It was entered under No. K 021 on September 24, 1985 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

The property is a two-storey brick building with a low basement base and an extended hipped roof over a squat rectangular floor plan . The building, which dates from 1905, is designed in Gothic forms with the sparing use of building blocks . The Old Rectory is an important part of the ensemble of Pfarrbauten that the Christ Church are grouped and, together with its western facade a church forecourt formative assembly .
