Karel Tesař
Karel Bernard Tesař (born January 25, 1931 in Havlíčkův Brod , East Bohemia ) is a Czech musician , composer and arranger .
Life
Karel Tesar studied composition at the State Conservatory in Ostrava . After his studies he worked as a violinist at the Prague Military Music School and as a clarinetist at the garrison bands in Kremsier , Frýdek-Místek and Brno . In 1955 he was transferred to the orchestra of the Ministry of the Interior in Ostrau, which he led as chief conductor from 1960 to 1987.
