Karin Rehbock-Zureich , b. Zureich (born November 29, 1946 in Donaueschingen ) is a German politician of the SPD .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1966, Karin Rehbock-Zureich studied at the Freiburg University of Education . Since 1969 she has been teaching at primary and secondary schools. She is widowed and has two children.

In addition to her job and parliamentary work, she is a member of the GEW , the BUND , the Verkehrsclub Deutschland (VCD), Eurosolar , the Association Against Forgetting - For Democracy , the AWO and Germanwatch .

Karin Rehbock-Zureich has been a member of the SPD since 1978. In 1988 she took over the chairmanship of the local association in Jestetten , the deputy district chairmanship in Waldshut and she is a member of the state board of the SPD Baden-Württemberg. Within the SPD subsidiary organizations, she took over the district chairmanship of the Working Group of Social Democratic Women (ARSP) and is a member of the Baden-Württemberg State Board of the Social Democratic Community for Local Politics .

At the local level , she has been a member of the district council since 1994.

Since November 10, 1994 she has been a member of the German Bundestag for three electoral terms . She was elected from the state list of the SPD in Baden-Württemberg . In 2005 she decided not to run again. Among other things, she was deputy chairwoman of the transport, construction and housing working group of the SPD parliamentary group.
