Karl-Ernst Eschebach

Karl-Ernst Eschebach (born May 4, 1924 in Dresden ; † January 11, 2003 ) was a German functionary of the GDR block party DBD . He was chairman of the Cottbus district council of the DBD.

Life

Eschebach did military service in the Wehrmacht after attending school . He was initially employed as an agricultural aid. After graduation, he obtained his diploma as a Certified farmer and later a doctorate to Dr. agr. Eschebach worked as a vocational school teacher.

In 1950 he became a member of the Democratic Peasant Party of Germany (DBD). At times he acted as secretary of the Cottbus district board of the DBD. From 1970 to 1971 he was Deputy Chairman of the Council for Agriculture and Food Industry in the Cottbus district. From 1971 to 1989 he was finally chairman of the Cottbus district board of the DBD and a member of the Cottbus district council . From 1972 to 1990 Eschebach was also a member of the party executive committee of the DBD.

Eschebach died after a short, serious illness at the age of 78 and was buried in the cemetery in Mouse .
