Karl-Hermann Tofaute

Karl-Hermann Tofaute (born March 1, 1946 ) is a former German sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .

At the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1970 in Vienna, he won bronze with the German team in the 4 x 400 meter relay .

At the German Indoor Championships he finished third in 1969 and second in 1970.

In 1971, 1973 and 1974 Tofaute was German indoor champion with the 4 x 400 meter relay.

Karl-Hermann Tofaute started for the TuS 04 Leverkusen .
