Karl Bengl

Karl Bengl (born January 7, 1918 in Fürth ; † 2009 ) was a German administrative lawyer .

Career

Bengl attended grammar school in Fürth from 1928 to 1937. Interrupted from military service, he studied law at the University of Erlangen between 1941 and 1948 . After the 1st state examination in law in 1948, he completed the preparatory period in Nuremberg and Hersbruck. During this time he did his doctorate, in 1951 he passed the 2nd state examination in law.

In 1951 he joined the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice , where he was appointed Ministerial Director in 1968 .

He is co-author of a commentary on the Bavarian State Penal and Ordinance Act.
