Karl Echte

Karl Echte (born September 14, 1885 in Leipzig ; † November 16, 1960 ibid) was a German lawyer , tax officer and politician ( CSVD ).

After visiting the Thomas School in Leipzig studied Genuine 1905-1909 law at the universities of Leipzig (1905 to 1906 and from 1907 to 1909) and Munich (1906-1907). He passed his first state examination in law in 1909. This was followed by the doctorate to Dr. jur. 1911 and the second state examination in 1913. He then became a council assessor in Dresden.

From 1914 to 1918 Echte took part in the First World War. In 1915 he was promoted to finance assessor and in 1918 he came to the Leipzig tax office. After the war, in 1919, he became Finance Councilor in Leipzig. In 1920 he was Councilor before finally in 1923 Head of the Finance Office Glauchau was. In 1924 he was promoted to the higher government council there. In 1930 he returned to Leipzig as a senior councilor.

During the Weimar period, Echte was politically active in the Christian Social Service , for which he was a member of the Reichstag from May 1928 to July 1932 . Echte represented constituency 30 (Chemnitz-Zwickau) in parliament.
