Karl Friedrich Hering
Karl Friedrich Hering (baptized name: Karl Friedrich Wilhelm) (born June 5, 1818 in Wesel ; † May 4, 1896 ) was Consistorial President of the Westphalian part of the Evangelical Church of Prussia .
Life
Karl Friedrich attended high school in Münster . After graduating from high school, he became an auscultator in 1840 and a trainee lawyer two years later . After the second state examination, he was appointed assessor on September 9, 1845 and worked in this position in Münster, Ibbenbüren and Burgsteinfurt. In 1849 Karl Friedrich was a public prosecutor at the Münster Regional Court .
In 1857 he was commissioned to regulate the legal relations of the imperial and imperial ducal and count houses in Prussia and Hohenzollern. After serving as a judge of appeal in Münster , he was appointed to the government on March 14, 1863 . Ten years later he was appointed director of the Court of Appeal in Arnsberg .
The certificate of appointment as consistorial president is dated May 23, 1877. He took up his post on July 2, 1877 and remained in this position until he retired on January 1, 1892.
