Gustav Ferryman
Karl Gustav Fährmann (born July 23, 1835 in Großschönau ; † October 8, 1913 there ) was a German liberal politician ( German Progressive Party , German Liberal Party ).
Live and act
The son of the factory owner Karl Gottlieb Fährmann in Großschönau attended elementary school in his home town. He worked as a factory and estate owner in Großschönau. He produced linen, semi-linen and cotton skirt and trouser fabrics. A small factory building was only built after 1905.
From 1867 to 1877 he was a member of the community council, church and school board of Großschönau. From 1877 to 1895 he represented the 2nd rural electoral district in the second chamber of the Saxon state parliament . He was also a member of the Reichstag from October 1881 to February 1887 as a representative of the 2nd Saxon constituency ( Löbau - Ebersbach ) .
