Karl Heinz Hosse

Karl Heinz Hosse (born December 17, 1942 in Esslingen am Neckar ) is a German artist and author who works under the stage name KAHOS.

Life

After his training as a typesetter, he last worked at Interprint in the graphics department (decors on the surfaces of furniture, floors and in interior design). As one of the last remaining founding members, he has been a member of the “Der Bogen” artist group since 1980. In his art he deals with painting , drawing , object and action art, as well as poetry and word art. One of his most famous actions in 2013 was the artistic design of chewing gum in the pedestrian zone of Arnsberg-Neheim. He also acts as a curator and initiator of the summer jelly in Neheim. His works are managed by the Art Galerie Helga Oberkalkofen in Siegen .

He is the father of John Hosse , who is also an artist , and three other children, and lives in Arnsberg-Neheim .
