Karl Klare

Karl Klare (born September 14, 1922 in Mellinghausen , County of Diepholz ; † August 11, 1995 in Bremen ) was a German politician ( CDU ) and a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

After finishing elementary school, Karl Klare first attended the agricultural school in Sulingen, later the agricultural school in Celle and graduated as a master of agriculture . He became mayor of the community of Mellinghausen and a member of the Diepholzer district council and district committee. From May 20, 1963 to June 20, 1978 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament (5th to 8th electoral term).

His son Karl-Heinz is also a CDU politician and has been a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament since 1986.

Public offices

Klare was chairman of the Volksbank Mellinghausen, member of the board of the Lower Saxony rural people's association and member of the board of trustees of the Harzwasserwerke .
