Karl-Heinz Klare (born July 7, 1948 in Mellinghausen ) is a German politician ( CDU ). From 2013 to 2017 he was Vice President of the Lower Saxony State Parliament . He is married and has four kids.

Life

Karl-Heinz Klare is a son of the agricultural master and CDU politician Karl Klare . After graduating from secondary school in Sulingen , he did an apprenticeship as a banker in Borstel . After completing his military service, he obtained the secondary education entrance qualification in the Ludwig-Windthorst-Haus in Lingen (Ems) and studied at the Pedagogical University of Westphalia-Lippe in Münster . He then worked as a teacher at the Jahn School in Diepholz and as the rector of the secondary school in Delmenhorst. Until he moved into the state parliament in 1986, he was the director of education in the districts of Schaumburg and Osnabrück .

1974 Klare joined the CDU . In 1977 he became a member of the board, in 1978 chairman of the CDU district association in Diepholz . In 1978 he also became chairman of the CDU city association Diepholz . Since 1981 he has been a member of the Diepholz city council and alderman. He has been a member of the district council since 1986. From 1986 to 2017 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament ; he was directly elected member of the Diepholz constituency . From 2003 to 2013 he was deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group, from 2013 to 2017 vice-president. In the state election in 2017 , he did not appear again.
