Karl Fredrik Lindholm ( Russian Карл Линдхолм ; born May 5, 1860 in Turku , Finland , † February 4, 1917 ibid) was a Russian sailor .

successes

Karl Lindholm took part in the 1912 Olympic Games in Stockholm in the 10-meter class as a crew member of the Gallia II from the Russian Empire. At the regatta held in Nynäshamn , Gallia II finished the first race in third and the second race in second place. Since skipper Harry Wahl's Nina from Finland also achieved a second and a third place, there was a jump-off between the two boats, in which the Nina prevailed. Lindholm received the bronze medal along with the other crew members Filip Schtrauch , Nikolai Puschnizki , Alexander Rodionow , Iossif Schomaker and Ernst Brasche as well as skipper Esper Belosselski .
