Filip Alexandrowitsch Schtrauch ( Russian Филип Александрович Штраух ; born August 8, 1862 in St. Petersburg , † November 3, 1924 ibid) was a Russian sailor .

successes

Filip Schtrauch took part in the 1912 Olympic Games in Stockholm in the 10-meter class as a crew member of the Gallia II from the Russian Empire. At the regatta held in Nynäshamn , Gallia II finished the first race in third and the second race in second place. Since skipper Harry Wahl's Nina from Finland also achieved a second and a third place, there was a jump-off between the two boats, in which the Nina prevailed. Schtrauch received the bronze medal along with the other crew members Karl Lindholm , Nikolai Puschnizki , Alexander Rodionow , Iossif Schomaker and Ernst Brasche as well as skipper Esper Belosselski .
