Karl Nücker

Karl Nücker (born January 14, 1807 in Aachen , † 1896 ) was a German judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Karl (Carl) Nücker studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin . In 1826 he became a member of the Corps Guestphalia Bonn . After graduation, he served as a one-year volunteer . He later became a Landwehr captain. He completed his legal clerkship in Aachen. From 1834 to 1879 he was justice of the peace in Uerdingen . Appointed magistrate in 1879, he retired in 1881.

Nücker was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives , from 1850 to 1852 as a member of the constituency of Düsseldorf 5 in the Left Party, in 1862 as a member of the constituency of Düsseldorf 6 in the group of Vincke and from 1862 to 1870 as a member of the constituency of Düsseldorf 12 (Neuss, Grevenbroich , Krefeld without the city district of Krefeld) in the parliamentary group of the Left Center.
