Karl Prungraber (born May 15, 1977 ) is an Austrian triathlete , duathlete and eight-time duathlon national champion.

Career

Karl Prungraber from Linz was Austrian national champion in the short distance duathlon in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2014.
In August 2012, after 2006, 2007 and 2011, he also became national champion in the long distance duathlon for the fourth time in Weyer. He is trained by Bernhard Keller . He has not appeared internationally since 2015.

Karl Prungraber lives in Luftenberg on the Danube .
