Siegfried Bauer (triathlete)

Siegfried Bauer (born September 23, 1976 in Gerersdorf ) is an Austrian duathlete and winter triathlete .

Career

Sigi Bauer from Burgenland is multiple Austrian national champion and two-time world champion (2004 and 2005) in the winter triathlon (5.6 km running, 10.4 km mountain biking and 7.5 km cross-country skiing). In 2005 he was also the overall World Cup winner in the winter triathlon.

He starts for the Fun Sport Red Hot Chilli Güssing club .
