Arne Post (born September 20, 1983 ) is a Norwegian winter triathlete and multiple European and world champion winter triathlon.

Career

Arne Post became Junior World Champion winter triathlon in 2002. In 2003 he started at the U23 World Championships in the duathlon and finished eighth in Italy.

He started for the first time in 2005 at the National Championships in cross-country skiing. In 2006 in Norway Arne Post was third in the Winter Triathlon World Championship (7.5 km running, 12.5 km on a mountain bike and 9.9 km on cross-country skis).

World champion winter triathlon 2007

In 2007 he became world champion in the winter triathlon in Flassin, Italy and he was able to repeat this success the next year.

In 2009 he became the European Winter Triathlon Champion. In March 2011 he became vice world champion again after 2009.
