Karl Schulz (District Administrator)

Karl Bernhard Schulz (born August 26, 1838 in Braunsberg , † after 1874) was a German district administrator in the Stallupönen district .

Life

Born the son of a doctor, Schulz studied law in Königsberg , Bonn and Berlin after attending grammar school in Braunsberg . During his studies he became a member of the Königsberg fraternity in Gothia in 1856 . After graduating and doing his legal clerkship in Magdeburg and Potsdam , he became a government assessor in 1869 . In 1870 he went to Gumbinnen , in 1874 to Stallupönen , where he became district administrator and later district administrator.
