Franz Burchard

Franz Burchard (* 1845 ; † 1894 ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer , judge and district administrator in the province of East Prussia .

Life

Burchard began his professional career in 1875 as a court assessor. In 1876 he worked as a district judge in Pillkallen and from 1877 in Insterburg . From 1879 he was a magistrate in Insterburg. In 1880 Burchard was appointed district administrator in the Stallupönen district and from 1890 he was appointed district administrator in the Gumbinnen district . From 1893 Burchard worked as an administrative court director in Gumbinnen.
