Fritz Kurt Freiherr Schoultz von Ascheraden (born January 2, 1882 in Borchersdorf , East Prussia , † February 13, 1960 in Uslar ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

Fritz Schoultz von Ascheraden studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . In 1901 he was reciprocated in the Corps Saxonia Göttingen . After completing his studies and legal clerkship in Danzig , he passed the second state examination in 1910. He entered the Prussian civil service. As a reserve officer in the Guard Rifle Battalion , he took part in the First World War, most recently as captain of the reserve.
