Karl Valentin from Tinti

Karl Valentin Imperial Baron von Tinti (born August 27, 1801 in Vienna , † September 7, 1852 at the Schallaburg ) was an Austrian landowner and landlord in Tyrol .

Life

Karl Valentin von Tinti married Anna Edle von Keeß (1806–1877) in Vienna on August 9, 1828. His son was Karl Wilhelm Baron von Tinti .

He took over the Fideikommiss Herrschaft Schallaburg , Sichtenberg and Plankenstein from the older Tinti line , which became extinct in the male line , and led it to a new bloom , not least through imperial edicts from Franz II Joseph Karl (HRR) . He had 76 audiences with Franz II Joseph Karl (HRR) .

Karl Valentin von Tinti played a not insignificant role during the revolution of 1848 . After Montecuccoli fled Vienna, he temporarily held the position of land marshal.
