Karl Vogel (politician, 1821)

Karl Leopold Vogel (born December 18, 1821 in Lussa; † March 10, 1896 in Altenburg ) was a German lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Vogel attended grammar school in Altenburg and studied law at the universities of Jena and Leipzig . In 1845 he became a lawyer and in 1847 a judicial clerk in Kahla , and in 1863 a judicial officer in Roda . From 1879 he was an unskilled worker and since 1881 lecturer at the Ministry of the Duchy of Saxony-Altenburg .

From 1881 to 1884 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Duchy of Saxony-Altenburg 1 ( Altenburg , Roda ) for the German Reich Party .
