Over the past three decades, Micro-Epsilon has had average annual growth of between 15 and 16%.

At the end of 2011, Wißpeintner relinquished the management and then headed Micro-Epsilon Beteiligungs-GmbH from 2012 to 2018 - an association of now 32 medium-sized companies that are active in sensor technology.
