Karolina Elżbieta Naja (born February 5, 1990 in Tychy , Silesian Voivodeship ) is a Polish canoe racer and participant in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London . She started canoeing in Tychy and is now starting for the AZS AWF Gorzów Wielkopolski club . She competes in canoe races over the 200 m, 500 m and 1000 m and in single, double and quadruple races. Her greatest success is the bronze medal in the K-2 over 500 m at the Olympic Summer Games in London in a duet with Beata Mikołajczyk .

At the Canoe Racing World Championships 2010 in Poznan (Poland) she won the bronze medal in the K-4 with the team over 500 m and in 2011 in Szeged (Hungary) in the K-2 over 200 m the silver medal. She achieved another bronze medal in Szeged with the Polish K-1 relay over 4 × 200 m.

At the European Championships in 2012 she was the winner in the K-2 over 1000 m and 3rd in the K-2 over 500 m.
