Karoline Elke Löffler

Karoline Elke Löffler (born November 6, 1965 in Stuttgart ) is a German illustrator .

Löffler studied illustration at the École des Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg and finished her studies at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart. During her studies she taught at a youth art school - working with the “original creativity” of children always had an inspiring effect on her work. The combination of the technique of the monotype and the collage results in her unmistakable style, which characterizes her works.

She has lived in Berlin since 1995. Löffler illustrated for you , Elle , Taz , Das Magazin and Beltz & Gelberg , among others .
