Karyn Bosnak

Karyn E. Bosnak (born September 24, 1972 in Waukegan , Illinois ) is an American writer and television producer .

Life

Karyn Bosnak was born to Kathleen Dieck and Nick Bosnak. After a brief study visit to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign , she received her Bachelor's degree from Columbia College Chicago in 1996 . From 1996 to 2001 she worked as a television producer for a local television station in Chicago and New York City . She then wrote two novels, Save Karyn and 20 Times a Lady , both of which were published by HarperCollins . Both have already been translated into German and published by Droemer Knaur . The latter was filmed in 2011 under the title The Perfect Ex .

She currently lives in Brooklyn .
