Katalin Üveges (born June 3, 1989 in Orosháza ) is a Hungarian football and futsal player .
Career
Üveges started her career in 2003 with Szentes SE. This was followed by half a year at SE Gádoros Algyői SK before moving to Szegedi Amazonok in summer 2004. She stayed there again for only one year and joined the Kiskunfélegyházi HTK in May 2005 . In August 2006 she left the KHTK and went to FC Fortuna Szuse. Üveges worked for Fortuna Szuse for four and a half years before moving to Taksony SE in spring 2011 . She played 8 games in 5 months and scored 2 goals before Üveges joined Astra Hungary FC . On January 21, 2014, she left Hungary for the first time and moved to Austria for SG SK Sturm Graz / FC Stattegg . In the summer of 2014 she returned to Hungary and continued her career in futsal.
Futsal career
During her time in Hungary, Üveges also played futsal alongside football. So she appeared for the AL-KO Szentesi TE, Alba Vesta SE, the Univerzum Sport Club, ETO Futsal Club and the Szombathelyi Egyetem SE in the Női futsal NB I.
Others
Üveges played the Homeless World Cup at Lake Malta in Poznań in 2013 and was named the best player at the tournament.
