Katarina Mögenburg (born June 16, 1991 ) is a German - Norwegian athlete who specializes in the high jump .

biography

Mögenburg is the daughter of the German high jump Olympic champion Dietmar Mögenburg and his Norwegian wife. She has an older brother who is also a track and field athlete.

She starts for TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen . Katarina Mögenburg is trained by her father. At the German championships in 2014, she reached third place. In 2015 and 2016 she was runner-up in this discipline behind Marie-Laurence Jungfleisch . At the German Indoor Championships in Dortmund in 2018 , she won the championship title together with Jungfleisch.
