Katarzyna Cichopek (born October 7, 1982 in Warsaw ) is a Polish actress. She also gained fame as a participant and winner in the Polish version of the program Strictly Come Dancing .

Acting

Cichopek starred in many Polish television series . She has played her best-known role since 2000 in the series M jak miłość . She had other important roles in the series Boża Podszewka (1997) and in the film Dziki .

Dance competitions

With Marcin Hakiel as a professional dancer, the actress took part in the 2nd season of the Polish version of the program Let's Dance - Taniec z gwiazdami. The couple won the show. In early 2007, a special program called Finał Finałów was held, in which the winning pairs of the first six seasons took part. They were also able to win here after they received the highest possible score of 40 points from the jury for all five dance performances. With the victory, the couple automatically qualified as Polish representatives for the Eurovision Dance Contest . At the Eurovision Dance Contest 2007 , the couple presented a cha-cha-cha and a mixture of rumba and samba and received 85 points for it and came fourth out of 16 participants.
