Katharina Kühl

Katharina Kühl (* 1939 in Stettin ) is a German author.

Life

She studied sociology in Bremen and went to London and Paris to study languages . At first she worked as a translator and interpreter. She has been a freelance writer since 1971. Today she lives in northern Germany and France and writes radio plays, audio features and books for children and young people.

Her books Das Burggespenst Lülü and The Prince of Pumpelonien were produced by the Augsburger Puppenkiste in cooperation with the Hessischer Rundfunk as four-part television series.
