Katharina Müller (basketball player)

Katharina Eva Martina Müller (born January 15, 1994 in Aachen ) is a former German basketball player .

career

In his youth, Müller first played with the BG Aachen, then with the Cologne 99ers . She was a German national youth player in the age groups U16, U18 and U20 and took part in European championships. In 2009, Müller went to the Bundesliga club TV Saarlouis and attended the local Max-Planck-Gymnasium . In 2010, the 1.80-meter-long winger, also known by the nickname “Kitty”, became German champion and cup winner with Saarlouis. She also competed with the club in the European Cup.

She left Saarlouis in 2012 and played at New Mexico Junior College in the United States for the first half of the 2012/13 season , but returned to Germany at the end of 2012. She played at short notice for the top division club DJK Frankenberg and then joined the federal division club Herner TC in the 2012/13 season . Müller stayed in Herne until November 2015, at the same time she was trained as a physiotherapist . After she left HTC, she played briefly in 2015/16 for the second division club BG 74 Göttingen .

Under the stage name Tilayo , she brought out the song Wir Herzensdiebe in 2015 in collaboration with Stefan Josefus ( Franz K.'s drummer ) , which was featured in the hit parade of the North German Radio .
