Katharina Weiss (born March 7, 1990 ) is a German Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class over 73 kilograms.

She won her first international medal with bronze at the 2009 European Junior Championships in Vigo . The following year she finally played her first international title fights in the adult division at the European Championships in Saint Petersburg . Weiss reached the quarter-finals, where she was eliminated by Rosana Simón . At their first World Cup in Gyeongju in 2011 , Weiss retired after their opening fight. She was successful at the 2012 European Championships in Manchester . She reached the semifinals and won the bronze medal.

Weiss starts for the Taekwondo Özer Nürnberg association . She is a member of the Bundeswehr Sports Promotion Group . In 2010 she won the heavyweight title at the World Military Championships. In addition, she has won five national championship titles in a row in her weight class since 2008.
