Kathleen Tolan

Kathleen Tolan (born August 10, 1950 in Milwaukee , Wisconsin ) is an American actress and screenwriter .

Life

Tolan made her film debut in a supporting role in The Line, A Thousand Miles to Hell in 1972 . She gained greater fame in 1974 for her role as the daughter of Charles Bronson in A Man Looks Red . From 1978 to 1979 she had the recurring role of Mary Ryan Fenelli in a total of 60 episodes of the television series Ryan's Hope . In 1987 she was seen in the film The Murderer with the Rosary . A year later she wrote the script for an episode of the television series The Best Years . From 1991 to 1992 she wrote the scripts for the television series Loving - ways of love . In total, she worked on 101 episodes.

She is Professor and Director of the Playwright MFA Program at Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts in New Brunswick , New Jersey .
