Katrin Wehmeyer-Münzing (* 1945 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen ) is a German doctor-poet .

Life

Wehmeyer-Münzing studied human medicine and did his doctorate in Munich . In 1976 she moved to Hamburg and trained in psychoanalysis at the Michael Balint Institute . From 1995 she dealt with poetry and wrote her own volumes of poetry. Until 2001 she ran her own practice as a specialist in psychotherapeutic medicine .

Works

In 2005 she published in the anthology Elbleuchten - Literary Findings from Hamburg Altona to Blankenese . In 2009 she published the volume of poetry, Fäden über Nacht, in Verlag Neues Literaturkontor , and in 2013, the volume of poetry Unstoppable This Shine . She also writes articles and reviews for the German Medical Journal and is a member of the Hamburg Authors' Association .
