meaning
Katzenklo is Schneider's best-known single and is considered his "main work". On March 12, 1994 he played the piece on Wetten, dass ..? and reached there an audience of 16 million viewers, which meant the final breakthrough for him.
Others
The inspiration for the song was Schneider's cat Fritz. In 1994 Schneider released a 6-minute version as a cat toilet Spectaculaire! .
