Kazuhito Watanabe ( Japanese 渡邊 一 仁 , Watanabe Kazuhito ; born September 1, 1986 in Matsuyama , Ehime Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Kazuhito Watanabe learned to play football in the youth team of FC Imabari . He signed his first contract with Ehime FC in 2009 . The club from Matsuyama , a city on the island of Shikoku , played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . After 132 appearances in the second division, he moved to league rivals Fagiano Okayama in 2015 . For the club from Okayama , he completed 89 games in the second division. In 2018 he signed a two-year contract in Yokohama with Yokohama FC, also playing in the second division . Here he completed 53 second division games. In 2019 he was runner-up in the J2 with Yokohama and thus rose to the top division. After promotion, he left Yokohama and returned to his former club Ehime FC.
