Keith Loach

Keith Loach (born December 24, 1975 in Calgary , Alberta ) is a Canadian skeleton driver .

Keith Loach lives in Calgary and has competed in local competitions since 2002 and international competitions since 2003. He finished fifth at the North American Championships in 2004. Since the 2004/05 season he first appeared in the America's Cup and was able to achieve good placements more often. The following season he finished second behind Yūki Nozawa in the overall standings in this competition. There were also several good results among the top ten in the European Skeleton Cup . Loach made his skeleton World Cup debut in January 2007, finishing eleventh in Nagano . At the beginning of the 2007/08 season , the Canadian started in the newly created Skeleton Intercontinental Cup . Here he achieved several good results, including a third place in Königssee . As a result, he moved up again in the World Cup and started in Cesana Pariol (14th). At the Canadian Championships in 2005 he finished third, in 2007 he was runner- up behind Jon Montgomery .
