Kelkile Gezahegn
Kelkile Gezahegn Woldaregay (born October 1, 1996 ) is an Ethiopian long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon distance .
Athletic career
In 2016, Gezahegn won the marathons in Chongqing (2:10:52 hours), Hengshui (2:11:11 hours) and Hefei (2:08:54 hours) in China .
In 2017, he increased his best performance by finishing sixth in the Rotterdam Marathon to 2:07:29 hours and then as second in the Frankfurt Marathon to 2:06:56 hours.
In 2018, he improved again at the Rotterdam Marathon, this time to 2:05:56 hours and took third place. He won the marathon in Lanzhou in 2:11:00 hours, repeating his victory from the previous year. He won the Frankfurt Marathon in 2:06:37 hours.
