Kelly Milligan (born February 16, 1961 in Livingston , Montana ) is a former American cross-country skier .
Milligan attended the University of New Hampshire , where she was active in volleyball and skiing. During her time in the US national team, she took part in the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo . In the competition over 20 kilometers, she reached 37th place. She then completed her training as a veterinarian . In parallel to her work in Salt Lake City , she competed in the master class in cross-country skiing .
