Kempei Usui ( Japanese 碓 井 健 平 Usui Kempei ; born May 15, 1987 in Kashiwa ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Usui learned to play soccer on the school team at Fujieda Higashi High School and the university team at Tsukuba University . He signed his first contract with Shimizu S-Pulse in 2010 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club, he completed 14 first division games. In 2013 he moved to the second division team JEF United Chiba . In 2015 he returned to Shimizu S-Pulse. At the end of the 2015 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . For the club, he completed three league games. In 2017 he moved to league rivals FC Machida Zelvia . He then played at Okinawa SV . At the end of 2019, he ended his career as a football player.
