Ken'ya Hara
Ken'ya Hara ( Japanese 原 研 哉 , Hara Ken'ya ; * 1958 in Okayama Prefecture , Japanese Empire ) is a Japanese graphic artist , designer and curator . Considered the most influential designer in Japan today, he emphasizes the simplicity and simplicity of both everyday items and the use of color or white in Japanese life.

In 1998, Hara designed the opening and closing ceremonies for the 1998 Nagano Olympic Winter Games . Since 2001 he has been director for the Japanese brand Muji , which operates trend markets. In 2008 Hara developed the exterior of the perfume "Kenzo Power" together with the fashion company Kenzo ,
Hara heads the Hara Design Institute at the KK Nippon Design Center .
