Kendall Lorraine Fletcher (born November 6, 1984 in Cary , North Carolina ) is an American football player .
Career
society
Fletcher began her career in 2004 with the W-League participant Carolina Dynamo , for whom she came to eleven league appearances. After two years with the New Jersey Wildcats , she signed a contract with Jersey Sky Blue for the 2007 season . However, Fletcher dissolved this before the start of the season and instead switched to the Pali Blues franchise a year later , with which she was able to win her second W-League championship. For her first assignments as a professional, she came again a year later with the franchises of Los Angeles Sol and Saint Louis Athletica in the newly founded WPS . From 2010 to the beginning of 2012 Fletcher played for Sky Blue FC and spent the winter months as a loan player with the Australian first division club Melbourne Victory . After the dissolution of the WPS just before the 2012 season, she moved to Sweden to Vittsjö GIK for two years before spending another half-year in Australia at Canberra United . In early 2014 Fletcher returned to the USA and signed with NWSL participant Seattle Reign FC , with which she reached the play-off final against FC Kansas City . She then moved back to Canberra on loan and won the championship title there in 2014.
National team
Fletcher played for the junior national teams of the US Football Association in the age groups U-19 and U-21 and took part in the U-19 World Cup in 2002 . On March 9, 2009 she came as part of the Algarve Cup for her only use in the senior team of the United States.
