Keng Hsien Chen
Keng Hsien Chen (born August 25, 1978 ) is a Taiwanese track and road cyclist .
Keng Hsien Chen won the silver medal in the 1000m time trial on the track at the 1997 B World Championships in Ipoh . The next year he won bronze in the 1000 m time trial at the Asian Games in Bangkok . At the B World Championship in Punta del Este in 1999 , he won the silver medal in the sprint on the track . At the next Asian Games in Busan in 2002 , he was third in the team sprint . On the road, he won a stage at the Perlis Open in 2002 .
