Kentarō Ishikawa ( Japanese 石川 健 太郎 , Ishikawa Kentarō ; * February 12, 1970 in Chiba Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Ishikawa learned to play football on the school team at Gyosei High School and the college team at Kokushikan University . He signed his first contract with Kashiwa Reysol in 1993 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Football League . In 1994 he was runner-up with the club in the Japan Football League and rose to the J1 League . For the club he completed 58 games. At the end of 1998 he ended his career as a football player.
