The Kesseltal is a valley in the Usarp Mountains of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It lies on the northwest side of Mount McKenny at the southeast end of the Daniels Range
Scientists from the German expedition GANOVEX I (1979–1980) gave it a descriptive name.
