Kevin John Brochman (born July 6, 1959 in Stillwater , Minnesota ) is a retired American cross-country skier .

Brochman took part in two Winter Olympics in cross-country skiing. In 1984 in Sarajevo he finished 47th in the 30 kilometer competition. Four years later, at the Olympic Winter Games in Calgary , he was again 47 over 50 kilometers. He finished the competition over 30 kilometers in 56th place. After his active career Brochman worked as a coach in Minnesota and was responsible for the 1998 Olympic team . In 1997 he was named US Ski Trainer of the Year . His wife Cindy was also active in endurance sports , doing cross-country skiing, marathons, triathlons and volleyball until she succumbed to cancer in 2009 .
