Kevin Cès (born July 21, 1980 in Paris ) is a former French beach volleyball player .

Career

Cès played from 1997 with various partners at the FIVB tournaments in Marseille , u. a. also with Sebastien Baumgartner at the 1999 World Championships . In 2001 Baumgartner was his standard partner on the World Tour. From 2002 to 2004, Cès played alongside Yannick Salvetti . At the 2003 World Cup in Rio de Janeiro, Cès / Salvetti retired without a win after the preliminary round. From 2004 onwards, Cès formed a duo with Fabien Dugrip . At the 2005 World Cup in Berlin, the French were eliminated after two defeats. Cès / Dugrip had their best result on the FIVB World Tour in 2006 in Marseille with fifth place. From 2007, Cès competed with his younger brother Andy . The brothers had their most successful time in 2008/2009 with numerous top ten placements on the World Tour and at CEV tournaments. At the 2009 World Cup in Stavanger , Cès / Cès finished ninth. After two more years on the World Tour with his brother, Kevin Cès ended his career in late 2012.
