Yannick Salvetti (born August 4, 1980 in Marseille ) is a French beach volleyball player .

Career

After Salvetti had already completed two open tournaments in Marseille and Ostend in 2001, he formed a duo with Kevin Cès in 2002 . At the 2003 World Cup, the French were eliminated without a win after the preliminary round. In 2005 Salvetti played with Adrian Caravano and Christoph Le Berre , without reaching any top placements. From 2006 he competed with Guilherm Deulofeu and was ninth in his hometown and seventh in Stare Jabłonki in the first year . At the 2007 World Cup in Gstaad , Salvetti / Deulofeu did not win a set. Then they get three ninth places in open tournaments in a row. In 2008 they reached the third round of the European Championship in Hamburg . After the defeat against the German duo Brink / Reckermann, they lost to the Russians Barsuk / Kolodinski in the losing round .

At the Kristiansand Open 2008 Salvetti competed for the first time with his new partner Fabien Dugrip . In the first main round of the 2009 World Cup in Stavanger , the duo lost against the Germans Klemperer / Koreng . Salvetti / Dugrip played together until 2012; winning the 2010 Continental Cup in Montpellier was the only success. After an interlude with Édouard Rowlandson in late 2012 , Salvetti has been playing alongside Jean-Baptiste Daguerre since 2013 .
