Fabien Dugrip (born March 29, 1976 in Sète ) is a former French beach volleyball player .

Career

From 2004 Dugrip formed a duo with Kevin Cès . In the World Cup 2005 in Berlin , the French dropped out after two defeats. Cès / Dugrip had their best result on the FIVB World Tour in 2006 in Marseille with fifth place. From 2007 Dugrip joined Gregory Gagliano . At the 2007 World Cup in Gstaad , Dugrip / Gagliano moved into the knockout round, where they were eliminated against the Brazilians Fabio Luiz / Márcio Araújo . The best result on the World Tour was a ninth place in 2008 in Marseille. At the Kristiansand Open 2008 Dugrip first appeared with his new partner Yannick Salvetti . In the first main round of the 2009 World Cup in Stavanger , the duo lost against the Germans Klemperer / Koreng . Salvetti / Dugrip played together until 2012; winning the 2010 Continental Cup in Montpellier was the only success.

Since 2011 Dugrip has been assistant coach at the French first division volleyball club Arago de Sète .
